A message from founder, Arthur Boguslawski:

“Over 40 years ago, my Dad started a cleaning company that continues to successfully operate today. I’ve worked alongside my Dad for as long as I can remember (I probably started wiping baseboards when I started crawling) and within his company, I learned the value of honest hard work and the importance of a clean space to our health and safety. Taking the same family-oriented business and values, I ventured off on my own to start CREW Cleaning Co. in 2017.

Today, we have a team of 25 people and growing. We pride ourselves in our ability to treat our clients as people and not just another job. When clients come to us, it’s typically through word of mouth from others who praise our professional and quality cleaning services with a personal touch.

Having been in the customer service industry for most of my life, I built CREW Cleaning Co. with the priority to treat my team well, provide excellent customer service, and meet or exceed our client’s expectations. FRONTLINE CREW

As one of Calgary’s most experienced cleaning companies, we’ve seen it all! We operate with a team of experienced and trained individuals who make sure our clients are well taken care of.

GENERAL MANAGERS

General Managers perform regular walkthroughs with our clients to ensure every detail on the job list is being completed, expectations are met, and that our clients are satisfied with their services.

CREW COACHES

Coaches (supervisors) oversee the frontline cleaners and ensure they are meeting all of the expectations that are unique to each establishment and outlined in their customized job lists.

SPECIAL TEAMS

These CREW Members are responsible for specialized tasks, including carpet and upholstery cleaning, window and glass cleaning, dusting blinds, grout restoration, specialty floor maintenance, and high-level dusting.
